The website cicciolinaonline.com (“Website”) allows users to freely browse the online shop, view products and prices, use the shopping cart, and access basic services without providing personal data.

1. Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing and using the Website, the User declares to have read, understood, and fully accepted these terms and conditions. If you do not accept the terms herein, you must stop browsing the Website.

2. Scope of Application

These conditions apply to both consumers (as defined by Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005) and to entrepreneurs, professionals, or other economic subjects, unless otherwise specified. According to Art. 3 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, a “consumer” is a natural person acting for purposes unrelated to business, commercial, craft, or professional activity.

4. Intellectual Property

5. Limitation of Liability

Cicciolina Online is not responsible for direct or indirect damages or loss of earnings arising from access to or use of the Website, its content, or services. All information is provided “as is” and “as available”, without express or implied warranty as to accuracy, completeness, or currency.

Cicciolina Online may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on the Website and are effective from the date of publication.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumers, jurisdiction is with the consumer’s place of residence (Art. 66-bis, Legislative Decree 206/2005); in all other cases, jurisdiction is with the court of [INSERT LOCATION].

8. Payments

All prices are in Euro and include VAT where applicable. The following payment methods are accepted:

Debit, credit or prepaid card

Payment must be made before shipping. Orders are automatically canceled if payment is not received. Cash on delivery is not accepted.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped via express courier. Estimated delivery times:

4–5 business days within Italy
around 10 days within the EU
around 14 days for non-EU countries

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are always borne by the customer, except for specific promotions.
Cicciolina Online is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs, or events beyond our control. Shipping risk transfers to the customer upon delivery to the courier.

10. Warranty

All new products are covered by a 2-year legal warranty under Italian law (Legislative Decree 206/2005).
The warranty covers only conformity defects present at the time of delivery and does not cover:

improper use or failure to follow instructions
unauthorized modifications or interventions
accidental damage, negligence, shocks, falls, cosmetic damage
normal wear and tear

11. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, with no obligation to give reasons.

Withdrawal conditions:

The right of withdrawal applies only to products that are intact and in their original packaging.
If the product has been opened and/or used, a 20% Restocking Fee will be applied to the refunded amount, which may be increased in the event of damage or wear.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, who remains responsible for the goods until receipt at our warehouse.
The refund is made within 14 days of receipt of the goods, net of any deductions.

The right of withdrawal does NOT apply to:

personalized products (e.g. exclusive dedications)
items without a safety seal for hygiene reasons
damaged or no longer intact products

To exercise the right of withdrawal, send an email to info@cicciolinaonline.com with your order number and the products you wish to return. You will receive detailed return instructions.

12. Product Returns

The return address will be provided by email after your return request.
The goods must be shipped within 14 days of authorization. Packages not meeting the required conditions will be returned to the sender, with shipping costs charged.

13. Acceptance of Terms

Purchasing from the Website implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions, including the warranty policy, right of withdrawal, and restocking fee. By completing the order, the customer declares to have read, understood, and accepted all the terms stated.
